The Great Wood Loa of the Haitian wilderness. Grand Bois is in charge of trees and plants and also protector of animals.

Grand Bois rules over the land below the waters that the Loa call home which is also the first stop for newly-deads so it may be prudent to get on his good side in advance.

He has an outrageous good sense of humour and is generally helpful though prone to occasional outbursts of fury which are easily calmed with offerings of leaves dipped in rum and honey.

Rumour has it he knows all of the magical secrets of herbs and is particularly proud of his his king-size manhood which he waves around like a huge magic wand. This sounds very dodgy to us.
