Also known as CALOS, TALOS (2)

Perdix was a creative genius and had invented the saw and compass by the time he was the ripe old age of twelve.

Up until this point his uncle Daedalus was regarded as the undisputed king of creativity and didn't believe for a second that competition was a good thing. Taking his up and coming nephew for a stroll he led him to the top of the Acropolis... then kicked him off.

Luckily Athena broke his fall and turned him into a partridge, a bird so scared of heights after this incident it barely flies at all. And just for the record i've never seen one in a pear tree.
