God-chef for the folks and folkesses of Asgard. His name means 'sooty.'

Like all chefs Andhrimnir gave special names to his favourite utensils and lovingly referred to his enchanted cooking pot as Eldhrimnir - 'Fire-Sooty.'

He cooked Sahrimnir the cosmic boar every night and after being feasted upon by ravenous Einherjar, famished from a long day of knocking seven bells out of each other, the boar would be restored to life ready to go through it all again. Ths must have been quite unsettling i would imagine. Do boars get deja vu?

Andhrimnir also collects mead for the Aesir from Heidrun.
