Having three times more knowledge than the bibles three wise men didn't stop them from getting themselves stuck in the middle of a terrible storm as they travelled the world helping themselves to everyone elses best rules for their soon to be published law book.

Fearing for their lives they invoked Forseti to bail them out, which wasn't a particularly wise choice either. Forseti was the god of justice, honor and truth. He was God of making the right decisions too - so it would've been prudent to invoke him before they set off - but he didn't know anything about sailing.

Just then, a mysterious thirteenth man appeared on deck, took the helm and steered the ship to the safety of an island which would come to be known as Heligoland, not to be confused with Legoland.

Was it Forseti? Who knows, but once on land whoever it was did their work for them by dictating a unified code of law. He also created a spring and rendered the island completely immune to Viking invasion, then left as mysteriously as he had appeared.
